By accessing or using IntoDNS.AI ("the Service"), operated by Cobytes B.V., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

IntoDNS.AI provides DNS and email security analysis tools, including but not limited to:

  • • DNS record scanning and validation
  • • DNSSEC verification
  • • Email security checks (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MTA-STS, DANE)
  • • AI-powered security explanations and recommendations
  • • PDF report generation
  • • Domain monitoring

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • • Use the Service to scan domains without proper authorization
  • • Attempt to overwhelm the Service with excessive requests
  • • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data beyond normal API usage
  • • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. User Accounts

You can create an account with your email address and password, or sign in with Google OAuth. When using OAuth, you authorize us to access your basic profile information (name and email address) from the chosen provider.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Limitations and Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Scan results are informational only. While we strive for accuracy, DNS and email security configurations are complex and constantly evolving. We do not guarantee that scan results are complete, accurate, or up-to-date at all times.

IntoDNS.AI and Cobytes B.V. shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to actions taken based on scan results.

6. Rate Limiting

To ensure fair usage and service availability, we apply rate limits to API requests and scan operations. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary restrictions on your access to the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Cobytes B.V. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may use the generated reports for your own purposes but may not redistribute the Service itself.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in The Netherlands.
